Eric Hall, President of EH&A, spoke June 8th to the members attending the Los Angeles County Facilities Network meeting at their regularly scheduled meeting at the Los Angeles County Office of Education. Eric spoke on the best practices and benefits of master planning and provided insight on content and process for the development of the plan. Eric discussed planning as a means to increase the school district capacity to articulate and prioritize facility needs and to find the resources necessary to improve school facilities.
